July 2026 Briefing — Trang Nguyen
Operations and Community Coordinator · SKO-TEAM-2026-004
Period: July 7 – July 31, 2026
Prepared by: Poppet Celdran
Approved by: Flora Flores (Chief of Staff)
Confidential

Trang, welcome to your first full month. This document is your operating guide for July. Read it once in full, then use it as a daily reference. You do not need to check in with Poppet for every task — that is the point of this document. Flora is your day-to-day contact. Poppet reviews your work at the end of each week.

SariKo is pre-launch. We are building the foundation deliberately. Everything you do this month either unlocks trust from investors, protects us legally, or grows our community. There is no filler work. If something feels unclear, flag it to Flora first — not Poppet.

The rule for this month: Six workstreams, but not all equal. Data Room and Agreements are your highest leverage. Social Media is your highest visibility. Do not let the urgent crowd out the important.

MONTH AT A GLANCE
Week 1
Jul 7–11
Data Room audit. Set up Trello and Notion. First social posts live.
Week 2
Jul 14–18
Seller storefronts in review. Advisory agreements chased. Banking docs collected.
Week 3
Jul 21–25
Partnership agreements filed. Storefront content uploaded. Social pillars running.
Week 4
Jul 28–31
Month-end review. All agreements signed and filed. Data Room complete and shared.
Decision authority
You decide and execute alone
You draft, Flora or Poppet approves first
  • Organizing folders in the Data Room
  • Scheduling social posts according to the calendar
  • Setting up Trello boards and Notion pages
  • Chasing signatures via email or Messenger
  • Taking product photos or requesting them from sellers
  • Uploading content to seller storefronts
  • Logging received documents in the tracker
  • Any post copy before it goes live
  • Any message sent to an investor or advisor
  • Any change to an agreement or legal document
  • Opening or modifying any bank account
  • Adding or removing anyone from the Data Room
  • Any communication sent on behalf of SariKo officially
Six workstreams
1
Data Room
Investor due diligence infrastructure · Google Drive
Critical Solo
What done looks like: A VC can be given access to the Data Room link and find every document they need — clean, named, and current — without anyone guiding them through it. No broken links. No draft files sitting in final folders. No missing items.
Jul 18Data Room audit complete, Poppet review
Jul 31All sections populated and shareable
Folder structure
  • Company Overview (deck, one-pager)
  • Team (bios, contracts, org chart)
  • Advisors (agreements, bios)
  • Sellers (signed agreements, KYC)
  • Legal (incorporation, cap table)
  • Financials (model, bank statements)
  • Product (screenshots, PRD, mockups)
  • Press (Philstar/Freeman article)
Documents to collect
  • Signed advisor agreements (Rico, Beth, Lalaine, Paul)
  • Signed FC agreements (Rina, Rico+Zette, Lalaine, Jilleen)
  • BridgeTech Labs incorporation docs
  • Zen Tech Asia Co., Ltd. MST certificate
  • Cap table (PDF export from working file)
  • All 6 Founding Seller signed agreements
  • Current pitch deck (docsend link + PDF)
  • Financial model PDF
Rules
  • File naming: [Document Name]_[Version]_[YYYYMM]. Example: SellerAgreement_Teresa_v1_202604
  • No draft files in final folders. Drafts go in a _DRAFTS subfolder
  • Any document with signatures must be PDF, not DOCX
  • Poppet must approve before any new access is granted
  • Link: drive.google.com/drive/folders/1Isv8ZSyPOFQMngWvqod6HTBugokq6ven
Why this matters: The Founders Circle gate is $25K committed before formal VC outreach begins. Once we cross that, Poppet begins warm VC outreach. The Data Room must be ready before that call is made. You are building the room that closes the first investor.
2
Seller Storefronts
Content coordination for 6 Founding Sellers · app.sariko.store
Critical Collab with Flora
What done looks like: All 6 Founding Sellers have a complete storefront — product photos, prices in VND, descriptions, and availability. A buyer landing on any storefront can understand what is being sold and how to order, without calling the seller.
Jul 18Teresa's storefront complete (she is Seller #1, priority)
Jul 25All 6 storefronts content-complete
6 Founding Sellers
  • #1 Teresa Cantuba — Lutong Quezon
  • #2 Finez Tidera
  • #3 Gladz Byko
  • #4 Elvira — LV's Imported Dry Goods
  • #5 Vikki Nguyen — PinoyQ
  • #6 Ara Prociano — Wand RestoBar
Per-seller checklist
  • Store name and banner photo
  • Seller bio (2–3 sentences)
  • All products listed with VND price
  • Product photos (at least 1 per item)
  • Product descriptions in English
  • Availability schedule noted
  • Contact / order method confirmed
How to execute
  • Message each seller via Messenger or Viber to collect photos and info
  • Use Teresa's existing menu (Teresa_Menu_SariKo.html) as template for how to structure content
  • Upload content when Tri gives you access to the seller dashboard
  • Send Flora a screenshot of each completed storefront for review before it goes live
Seller #7+ are regular sellers. Ramises Quillope (ramisesquillope@gmail.com) is #7. Do not prioritize regular sellers over Founding Sellers this month. Founding Sellers are the showcase for launch.
3
Social Media Posting
Facebook community · LinkedIn founder voice · Flora writes, you post
High Collab with Flora
What done looks like: Every scheduled post goes live on time, with the correct hashtags, formatted correctly for the platform, with links in the right place. No missed posting days. If Flora has not delivered copy by the day before a post is due, you chase her — not Poppet.
MonLuto Series (Facebook)
WedLinkedIn — Poppet founder voice
ThuPinoy Pride (Facebook)
FriKomunidad Corner (Facebook)
Facebook rules (auto-execute)
  • Never put links in the post body
  • Links go in the FIRST COMMENT, immediately after posting
  • 5 to 8 hashtags per post
  • Always include: #SariKo #Pangea #FilipinoInHCMC #OFW #FilipinoDiaspora
  • Add 2–3 contextual hashtags based on the post topic
  • Taglish is appropriate for community posts
LinkedIn rules (auto-execute)
  • Links are fine in the post body
  • 3 to 5 professional hashtags only
  • Always include from: #Diaspora #SEAStartups #Marketplace #FilipinoFounder #Pangea
  • English only — no Taglish
  • This is Poppet's personal founder voice. Flora writes it, Poppet approves it, you post it
  • Company page: linkedin.com/company/sarikostore
Parked pillars (do not activate)
  • Padala Stories — parked until seller roster finalized
  • Produkto Spotlight — parked until seller roster finalized
  • If a seller asks you to feature their product, tell them it is coming soon and log their name for Flora
Your creative role: You can take community photos, film short behind-the-scenes clips, and propose content ideas to Flora. Flora approves all copy before it goes out. You do not write the final copy — you execute it.
Hard rule: Music (Poppet Celdrán artist) and marketplace (SariKo) content never cross-promote in public posts. If you see content that mixes these, flag to Flora before posting.
4
Accounting and Banking Accounts
In collaboration with Phuong · document collection and tracking only
High Collab with Phuong
What done looks like: All banking and accounting documents are collected, organized in the Data Room, and Phuong has everything she needs from you to move her work forward. You do not make financial decisions. You are the logistics and document layer that supports Phuong.
Jul 14Banking account status documented and in Data Room
WeeklyFriday check-in with Phuong on outstanding items
Banking structure (know this)
  • USD account: Grey Business — BridgeTech Labs, Inc. (Delaware). For investor/FC funds only
  • VND account: VPBank Vietnam — Account 252914161. For operations
  • These two accounts must never be mixed
  • Euro account: also Grey Business. Status to confirm with Phuong
Your tasks this month
  • Create a banking accounts tracker in Notion (account, entity, currency, status, purpose)
  • Collect bank account confirmation documents from Phuong and file in Data Room
  • Track outstanding GDT tax resolution items Phuong flags — log status weekly
  • Collect MISA SME setup confirmation once Phuong activates it
  • Ensure all FC investment receipts are filed (Grey Business)
What you never do
  • Never initiate a bank transfer or payment
  • Never open, close, or modify any account
  • Never communicate with GDT or tax authorities
  • Never share banking details with anyone without Poppet's explicit approval
  • If someone asks you for banking info, say: "I'll connect you with Phuong."
Public framing: SariKo is pre-launch. We are being deliberate about the foundation. That is the only thing you say if anyone asks why we are not fully live yet. Never reference tax, compliance, or GDT issues in any public communication.
5
Tools Setup — Trello and Notion
Build the system that keeps the team in sync
Medium Solo (own this)
What done looks like: By July 18, there is a Trello board where anyone on the team can see what is in progress, and a Notion workspace where key documents and SOPs are stored. These are tools you own and maintain. You decide how to organize them — the test is whether Flora can check task status without asking you.
Jul 11Trello board live and shared with Flora and Poppet
Jul 18Notion workspace set up with key docs and SOPs
Trello — suggested structure
  • Lists: Backlog / This Week / In Progress / Waiting for Someone / Done
  • Label colors: red = blocked, orange = urgent, green = done, blue = social, purple = legal/agreements
  • Each card: clear owner, due date, and a checklist if it has sub-tasks
  • Invite Flora and Poppet as members
  • Review and update every Monday morning
Notion — suggested pages
  • Seller Tracker (name, storefront status, agreement status, contact)
  • Social Media Calendar (week, platform, pillar, status, copy link)
  • Banking Accounts Tracker (account, entity, currency, status)
  • Agreements Tracker (document, person, signed, filed, date)
  • SOPs — how to post on Facebook, how to post on LinkedIn, how to file documents
Sync rhythm
  • Monday: update all Trello cards before 10am
  • Wednesday: send Flora a 5-bullet mid-week status note
  • Friday: send Poppet a 5-bullet weekly report (what done, what in progress, what blocked)
  • Keep Notion updated as things change — not all at once on Friday
6
Partnership and Advisory Agreements
Chase signatures, collect originals, file in Data Room
Medium Collab with Katrina
What done looks like: Every agreement listed below is signed, PDF'd, named correctly, and filed in the Data Room by July 31. You are the logistics person — you do not edit agreements, you do not negotiate terms. Katrina handles legal content. You handle the chase and the filing.
Jul 18All 4 advisor agreements confirmed signed and filed
Jul 25All 6 Founding Seller agreements confirmed signed and filed
Jul 31All FC agreements filed and confirmed
Advisory board (4 active)
  • Rico Mariano (SKO-ADV-001) · DTI

  • Jilleen Yap — SKO-FC-005 · $1,000 SAFE
  • Next reference number when new FC signs: SKO-FC-006
Filing rules
  • All filed agreements must be signed PDFs — no unsigned drafts in the signed folder
  • Naming: AgreementType_PersonName_SKO-[REF]_YYYYMM.pdf
  • Log each agreement in the Notion Agreements Tracker the day it is filed
  • If someone has not signed within 5 days of receiving the document, send one follow-up. If no response after 10 days, escalate to Flora
  • Never send a new version of an agreement — route to Katrina first
Hard rule on Aimee Alado-Blake: She has been permanently removed from all SariKo materials. Do not include her name in any document, tracker, or communication. If she contacts you directly, inform Flora immediately.
